The Sorcerous Sundries are very rare and costly items that may burn your wallet by tens of thousands of gold pieces. Gaining Sundries for Cheap (or Free) in Divinity Original Sin 2 Say for example you upgraded Ifan’s Shadow Eye crossbow, it would be stronger but still only give bonus piercing damage and the Chameleon Cloak invisibility skill. However, gear will not gain new stats, abilities, or features. Upgrading can improve base damage, armor, and stat improvements. Because sundries are both limited and expensive, improving gear should only be done every few levels, say 3-5 levels depending on rarity. A successful upgrade will bring the weapon or armor to your current character level, but also increase the required stat value for equipping. Note that if the sundries are stacked you may need to split them into individual pieces to avoid any crafting errors. With the required items, combine them together in the crafting screen.

You will need a certain amount of each depending on the piece of gear’s rarity level: The sisters sell special items needed to upgrade equipment: Azure Flint for weapons, Diamond Dust for armor (including shields and belts), and Quicksilver for jewelry.
